Job Summary:
The primary function of this position is to manage and support the Company’s revenue streams by maintaining compliance with regulatory programs. This requires the ability to adhere to recurring deadlines related to the registration and compliance of environmental attributes produced from the Company’s renewable natural gas (RNG) business. This position also serves to facilitate the Company’s collective understanding of renewable energy policy and economics, accomplished through the continual monitoring and analysis of relevant political, regulatory, and market-oriented factors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate technical expertise in EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard program (RFS), CARB’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard program (LCFS), and other state programs;
-Manage the generation and sale of environmental attributes from the Company’s production of renewable natural gas;
-Conduct detailed data review and tracking of auditable operational data;
-Submit operational and/or engineering updates to counterparties and/or regulatory agencies;
-Maintain compliance with the RFS and LCFS programs through coordination of third-party audits and engineering review submittals;
-Analyze and track RIN and LCFS forecasting and sales;
-Gain technical expertise for new facilities and register new pathway(s) with EPA, CARB, and other state programs as may be applicable;
-Conduct due diligence for new development opportunities through contract and data review;
-Track and report on market activity, including the trading and pricing of environmental attributes under RFS, LCFS, and other state programs;
-Ensure continued familiarity with site operations for changes that may affect regulatory requirements;
-Monitor, analyze, and report on pricing trends related to the RNG industry; and
-Monitor, analyze, and report on changes in environmental and energy policy related to the RNG industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred;
-Detail-oriented self-starter;
-Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines;
-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
-Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving; and
-Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other:
-Required to be able to stand, sit, walk, and lift light objects;
-Hearing and visual acuity are necessary for this position; and
-Minimal travel required.
Compensation and Benefits:
-$120,000-$150,000 per year

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for driving business development activities consistent with the strategic and financial objectives of the Company. This position will develop and maintain client/partner relationships in an agreed upon territory in order to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business for profitable company growth as part of the Company’s overall strategic business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
-Fully represent positive growth of all Strategic Business Unit deliverables within the assigned territory.
-Early identification of new business and growth opportunities and disseminate to the Team for support.
-Develop and implement a strategic sales coverage plan for all existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
-Conduct local and on-site “prospecting” activities to introduce new deliverables and/or reinforce existing client capabilities.
-Develop an evergreen strategic account plan that transitions the customer from a price-based buyer to a value-based buyer of client deliverables.
-Thoroughly qualify, strategically pursue, and close new business, leveraging the Company’s differentiated value proposition.
-Lead sales calls and demonstrate value-based consultative-selling skills.
-Actively manage opportunities for each client as needed.
Qualifications (included but not limited to):
-Technical degree or comparable experience.
-Minimum five years’ work experience in a technical field e.g., gas distribution and/or the Ag/dairy sector.
-Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-Solid opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time management.
-Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
-Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
-Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy.
-Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
-Proficient in Outlook and MS Office programs.
-Proficient in use of CRM tools.
-Excellent written and oral communication, project coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirements:
–This position requires frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, training classes, workshops and other venues affecting growth of sales revenue; approximately 70% travel.
